We are seeking a talented individual to join our [Marsh McLennan Japan Marketing and Communications] team. This role will be based in [Tokyo]. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

- Senior Marketing Coordinator supports the development and implementation of brand awareness, content marketing and customer engagements to drive Marsh McLennan’s business revenue (Marsh and Mercer Japan). The role develops marketing and communications campaign strategies and executes those strategies to deliver on the business strategy.
- The focus will be on generating and meeting set targets for lead generation and customer experience, leading to an increase in revenue for all of our products and services. The role exercises creativity to design and execute marketing and communications campaigns and customer engagements that generate preference and demand; and drive high value sales.
- The candidate must have a strong background in content and integrated marketing, as well as stakeholder management with a flair for turning complex subject matter into thought provoking information a senior business audience can use in their decision making.
- Critical to the role is an ability to effectively manage stakeholders in order to ensure marketing and communications strategies are supported by the business and deliver commercial outcomes. It requires budget management, vendor management and project management. Equally important is the ability to work alongside subject matter experts and leaders to bring the best of Marsh McLennan to the market.
We will count on you to:
Consult and engage of the relevant stakeholders in the development of the marketing and communications campaign plan for the business in Japan.Establish campaign performance metrics and monitor campaign performance, continually looking for ways to improve demand generation and revenue outcomes.Develop and deliver the content and distribution (such as paid search) strategy to drive brand awareness, preference and demand generation.Support prioritised customer engagement activities to drive top of mind recall in Japan.What you need to have:
Digital & mobile first’ mind-set individual with 3 - 5 years’ experience in a marketing and communications role.Strong communicator and able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner verbally and in writing and must be comfortable with business and technical discussions in English.Strong tenacity, flexible & resourceful to clear roadblocks, solving problems and maturity to manage stakeholders & external agencies and partners through effective relationships building, collaboration and influencing skills.Experience with integrated marketing channels and platforms including SEM, SEO, ad buys, and digital analytics.What makes you stand out?
Experience in Google listing/display advertising is a plus.Experience with events management.Knowledge of professional or financial services would be viewed favorably.
