ファイナンス部門および会社全体の効率化推進を担当し、再保険を含む各種業務プロセスの構築および運営を行う構築したプロセスをRegulatory reportingに反映し、他チームおよび他部門の業務改善を提案・実行する主にExcelとSASを使用したデータ分析およびレポート作成

必須のスキル・経験

ロジカルシンキングと業務の徹底的なシンプル化高度なExcelスキルRDB構築経験があれば尚可ビジネスレベルの英語の読み書き能力があれば尚可

歓迎するスキル・経験

アクチュアリー研究会員以上の資格があれば尚可レギュラーレポートプロセスの構築経験理系学部卒などの数理的素養

Job Description

Responsibilities

Promote efficiency in the finance area and the entire company, and take charge of constructing and operating various business processes, including reinsurance.Reflect the constructed processes in Regulatory reporting and propose and implement business improvements for other teams and departments.Perform data analysis and report creation primarily using Excel and SAS.

Required Skills and Experience

Logical thinking and thorough simplification of tasks.Advanced Excel skills.Experience in RDB construction is a plus. Business-level English reading and writing ability is a plus.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Qualification as a Student Member of the Institute of Actuaries of Japan (IAJ) or higher is a plus.Experience in constructing regular report processes.Mathematical aptitude, such as a degree in a scientific or technical field.

Desired Candidate Profile

Practical, realistic, and logical thinking, with the ability to avoid unnecessary tasks and work efficiently.Emphasis on results-oriented work, with a focus on self-management and a determination to achieve outcomes.Respect for a culture that prioritizes task simplification and efficient communication.

Internal Guidelines about Work from Home:

Hybrid Model, following Manulife’s Working Better guidelines.

Over time:

0-40 hours/month.

Salary:

Based on our Work Rules, we will consider your experience, skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.

Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.

Working Hours:

Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm  (Include 1 hour break. Flex-time system available)
