SummaryEnsure the successful launch of zongertinib with a strong focus on patient centricity and market understanding

 

Tasks & responsibilitiesAccomplish successful launch of the new indication by working closely with marketing team membersDevelop local marketing strategy and tactics by close collaboration with various stakeholders based on global strategy and initiatives.Identify opportunities and ways to better meet customers’ needs for short-term and long term Monitor performance via agreed KPIsEstablish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other key stakeholders to develop and implement the strategyDevelop promotional materials such as promotional brochures and tools for HCPs and patients Plan and execute congress events such as sponsor seminars and symposiums Plan and execute trainings for field force together with field training team Work collaboratively with other functions (Medical, Sales, etc.) within the company to facilitate implementation of commercial initiatives for the products External vendor management Conduct budget management Communicate brand tactics to sales force clearly for flawless implementation

 

RequirementsBachelor or master’s degree from accredited institution 2+ years of experience in marketing (sales experience and/or healthcare industry experiences are preferred)Good understanding of lung cancerProduct launch experience is a plusGood project management and excellent cross functional collaboration skills with ability to work with global matrix teamsAgile and effective working style in a fast-paced and changing environmentFluent in Japanese and English with very good leadership, communication, and presentation competenciesWilling to work in a global environment
