We are seeking a talented individual to joinour Marsh Advisory and Consulting Services (MACS). This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

日本におけるプラクティスを構築し、組織全体の能力をクライアントのニーズに結び付け、ビジネス機会を創出する。プロパティ（またはストラテジック）リスクのアドバイザリーサービスを管理・提供し、リスクの特定、シナリオ分析、確率的分析を行う。論理的思考によりソリューションを開発し、レポート、プレゼンテーション、ワークショップなど、さまざまな形式で提案する。強力なコミュニケーションおよび影響力のスキルを活用し、クライアント組織のすべてのレベル（取締役会やC-suiteを含む）に対して複雑な分析トピックを提示する。

You need to have:

ビジネス、環境科学、マネジメント、工学（機械、電気、化学）またはプロパティ（またはストラテジック）リスクに関連する他の関連分野の学士号または大学院の学位。コンサルティングまたは社内でのプロパティ（またはストラテジック）リスクに関する6〜10年の関連経験（ポジションは経験レベルに応じて調整されます）。クライアントに対して、リスクプログラムやイニシアティブを導くためのプロジェクトアプローチ、方法論、ツールを開発・調整するための専門的なアドバイスを提供する能力。
