實習資格： 碩士班在校生為優先 (實習期間需為全時學生)，畢業時間 2026 年 7-12 月 (以取得畢業證書為主)；必須能全程參與及配合實習工作地點 (台灣)

Handle consumer notebooks, All-in-One (AiO), or desktop or Gaming's commodity projects
• Manage various commodities and oversee the project to ensure it meets its goals and deadlines
• Work closely with different teams and stakeholders, negotiating terms and collaborating to achieve the best outcomes for the project
• Demonstrate leadership skills to guide and influence others for the project's success
• Focus on three key indicators: Commodity & Project Management, Collaboration & Negotiation, and Leadership

Manage Product Planning process for new commercial desktops and notebooks. Involves learning about how a PC is defined at component level, learning how to manage a project. Success is measured by project management skills demonstrated

Work on how to digitalize product information from PPT/Excel to online system. This effort does not involve coding, instead requires working with stakeholders and brainstorming features and interface of future online tool, as well as discussing implementation with development team. Success is measured by proposal review of online tool functionality and usability, feedback from stakeholders, and overall project management

Support assigned projects to manage project information updates and changes (Design Change Request “DCR”) on Pulsar (online tool/database to store/share project information) 

Manage IUR survey, ordering and delivery (Internal Unit Request) to support project development and testing needs

Review the product development build quantity with ODM and consolidate engineering sample demands. Work with sample owners to fulfill the demand of the project development builds

Responsible to coordinate shipment of product/samples with HP logistic partner and distribution to HP internal stakeholders

Manage the development sample review (Dog Food program) with engineering teams for assigned projects. Responsible to deliver the samples to the auditors, collect feedback, clarify issue/feedback with them and host meeting to review, track and close the feedback received

Manage meeting logistics and project sharepoint. Assist project leaders in day-to-day project management activities.

Intern will work on sustaining commercial desktop activities, including cycle planning and cost management

Align logistics and technical challenges with cross-system team representatives

Analyze shipping configurations and maintain a tool for ROI recommendations

Performance measured by effective communication and team management

Work on an analytic tool for data analysis and future planning recommendations
