Product feedback Competitor analysis by segments - both HW & SW offerings: You will gather and analyze feedback on products and perform competitor analysis by different market segments, focusing on both hardware (HW) and software (SW) offerings
Manage Spec Control Document – the source file of all consumer NB product datasheet: You will manage the Specification Control Document, which is the primary source file for all consumer notebook (NB) product datasheets
Brainstorm with the PMs on product key selling points: You will collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) to brainstorm and identify the key selling points of the products
Perform OOBE on SI/PV IURs for the NPI products: This means you will be responsible for conducting Out-Of-Box Experience (OOBE) evaluations on System Integrator (SI) and Product Validation (PV) Initial User Reviews (IURs) for New Product Introduction (NPI) products1
Team name: Gaming Notebook & Desktop Product Management

The intern would be working with Gaming Notebook & Desktop team. Focus on below areas:
Study pain points from TAs (Target Audience) and analyze the difference among HP and competitors on both and components
Conduct Out-Of-Box Experience (OOBE) evaluations to explore possible differentiated experience, such as search all necessary information on market, play gaming on HP vs. gaming NB besides
Co-lead competitor tear down program with PMs to explore where HP is possible to improve and win
Ideal candidate: Detail-oriented, have analytical and problem-solving skill. Strongly prefer "Gamer" who has constant engagement in gaming community

Support the Product Planning team by driving industry intelligence activities (competition & technology) and presenting findings on a regular cadence
Support Experience Design activities and build up the best experience definition for PC Consumer Products Portfolio
Skilled in leveraging software development tools, including Figma, and capable of deploying basic LLM models for efficient process automation
