作为上市卓越项目经理，您将主要负责肿瘤事业部Pimiconitib新产品上市卓越项目，协调和沟通总部及相关部门，以新产品在中国卓越上市成功为目标，制定和管理项目计划，协调和推进项目按计划实施，推动跨部门各项新产品上市准备相关的项目、平台和活动高效协同执行，以实现公司的商业目标和新产品上市成功。
主要职责:
任职要求:
本科及以上学历，市场营销、商业管理、药学或相关领域优先。10年以上项目管理或医药健康行业品牌管理相关经验，具有新产品上市相关经验背景者优先。较强的人际敏锐度，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神，具备Matrix影响力和领导力，能够有效协调各方利益相关者。具备较强的商业敏锐度、分析能力和洞察力，较强的提炼总结和汇报能力。具备自驱工作意识和能力，责任心强。有较强的多任务组织和协同管理能力，能够在快节奏的环境中进行多任务管理。英文沟通表达流畅，能作为日常工作语言。
