About the Role
负责新人销售平台及客户经营平台运作相关工作。主要职责:
1、推动新人发展规划的落地执行和新人发展目标的达成；
2、新人销售平台及客户经营平台运作；
3、实施组织新人培训；
4、维护、推动新人荣誉体系，进行新人典范案例的宣传和推广；
5、督导新人经委会验收和赋能；
6、实施新人相关内勤导师&外勤讲师培养。
任职要求：
1、3年以上行业工作经验；
2、良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力；
3、跨部门协作能力；
4、熟练使用办公电脑，擅长使用WORD\PPT\EXCEL等Office软件。
