About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. 高端客户权益的审核、分析与建档；

2. 为启动服务的客户提供健康资讯服务，包括疾病的健康资讯和预后护理指导等服务；

3. 为客户整合优质医疗资源，与内部团队和供应商密切合作，为客户提供管家式服务，如健康资讯、门诊预约、陪诊、住院协助等；

4. 处理案件时与合作的医疗机构、服务商进行沟通；

5. 处理案件时保持团队间的有效及时沟通；

6. 为其他团队提供医疗支持和有价值的建议；

7. 对严重/有风险的案例保持警惕，并在必要时升级；

8. 跟踪日常审查的案例数量并与经理合作，定期分析数据，以规划未来的工作；

9. 积极参与案件管理的经验分享和学习；

10. 积极协助主管参与系统或服务流程的优化；

11. 利用本地医学知识支持全球业务；

12. 在成本控制和客户体验之间取得良好平衡；

13. 积极主动参与新的项目计划，支持健康管理服务项目；

14. 充分利用全球医疗资源和本地资源，也参与集团业务的相关工作开展；

15. 领导交办的其他工作。

Minimum Job Requirements:

1、本科及以上学历，具有临床医学专业和临床工作经验（可适当放宽条件至临床护理专业，但需要有5年以上临床经验和客户服务经验）；

2、3-5年健康管理和客户服务相关工作经验，责任心强，具备较强的组织协调能力；

3、具有丰富的医疗资源协调能力； 以客为先，具备较强的主动服务意识和沟通协调能力；

4、熟练使用办公软件；

5、具有很强的学习能力、抗压能力和独立解决问题的能力；
