About the Role

区部或SSC的增员活动支持。

工作职责：

保险营销员面试；组织实施增员推广活动；激励及竞赛推动，专项活动；增员工具的制作,使用管理；清楚了解并贯彻执行与自身岗位相关的各项合规要求；及时发现并上报营销员团队及所属区域可能存在的业务品质风险。

任职要求：

熟练使用MS-Office软件；具有较强的组织能力，沟通技巧，客户意识，责任心和工作主动性 。
