About the Role

组织实施业务推动活动以达成公司人力发展目标, 推动所负责区部业务团队的人力增长

工作职责：

1、保险营销员面试

2、组织实施增员推广活动

协助业务团队开展寿险事业创业说明会,增员沙龙专项活动等区部或SSC的增员活动支持

3、激励及竞赛推动，专项活动

增员激励活动的设计,实施及推动,绩效评估增员推动会等专项活动

4、绩效分析

每周COP活动报告,报名,签约,人力成长,主管目标达成等情况分析部门月度报告

5、增员工具的制作,使用管理

设计制作增员工具,报名工具等.库存管理.

6、清楚了解并贯彻执行与自身岗位相关的各项合规要求；

7、及时发现并上报营销员团队及所属区域可能存在的业务品质风险；

8、按要求完成其他部门主管分配的工作。

任职资格：

1、教育程度：大学本科毕业，有业务推广经验

2、最低工作经验要求：至少五年寿险工作经验

3、熟练使用MS-Office软件；大学英语四级

4、具有较强的组织能力，沟通技巧，客户意识，责任心和工作主动性
