About the Role

岗位:专员,客户服务与渠道服务岗

主要职责:

1、提供内外部客户关于新单、保全、理赔等咨询服务及复杂服务需求的指导;

2、临柜客户的接待、咨询解答、办理相关业务申请;

3、客户的体检安排及对应业务处理;

4、受理客户抱怨、投诉并按作业规则予以妥善处理;

5、根据公司经营要求,有效完成岗位工作任务,达成KPI,及时进行数据整理、分析反馈,提出改进计划;

6、根据公司、部门主管的工作安排,完成项目性工作的推动与落实;

7、依据消保工作的有关管理要求,做好消保宣传、培训等相关工作;

8、参与部门学习,按时完成学习平台的学习任务,熟悉掌握运营作业规则,并严格落实执行;

9、为辖内的销售人员提供运营业务知识及规则的宣导、培训;

10、各项监管事务的落地执行;

11、遵守公司的规章制度;

12、及时完成公司、部门领导安排的临时性工作任务。

任职基本要求:

1、统招大学本科及以上学历,保险、法律、医学、金融管理类等相关专业;

2、有3年及以上工作经验,有保险行业渠道服务或客户服务、团队管理、项目推动经验者优先;

3、具备良好的亲和力、沟通协调能力、落实执行能力;

4、工作严谨细致、认真负责,具有强烈的责任心和团队意识。
