About the Role
岗位:专员,消保咨诉岗主要职责:
1、受理消费者对于保险产品或服务的投诉,确保投诉渠道畅通,及时响应消费者需求;
2、分析投诉原因,对投诉事件进行深入调查,准确记录投诉内容,确保投诉信息的完整性和准确性;
3、协调内部资源,推动相关部门及时处理并解决投诉问题,确保消费者的合法权益得到保障;
4、主管交办的其他工作。
任职基本要求:
1、大学本科以上学历;
2、良好的客户服务意识,有较强的责任心;
3、出色的沟通能力和技巧;
4、熟练使用办公软件;
5、有投诉相关经验者优先。
