About the Role
保证分公司各办公区的办公环境及办公秩序，合理配置办公设备设施，满足公司业务发展需要。1、制定与设施、设备维修保养及改良计划，确保公司职场处于良好的工作状态；
2、配合总、分公司ESG策略在CSD工作范围内的实施；
3、本地ESG能耗数据管理及统计和上传；
4、制定本地资产年度盘点计划，并实施资产日常管理；
5、遵循安全管理制度，撰写北京当地安全生产报告及监管要求的涉及我部的安全报告；做好日常安全管理工作；
6、支持职场新建及改建工程，支持项目落地；
7、作为我司与业主和物业沟通桥梁；
8、主管安排的其他工作任务。
