About the Role

该岗位将根据监管政策与公司服务策略，落实监管及总部相关工作要求，推动消保与服务体系的建设与优化。

岗位职责：

负责制定和完善分公司消费者权益保护相关工作制度及运行机制

负责消费者权益保护各类业务督导工作，包括但不限于：消保审查、消保考核等工作

统筹与协调消费者权益金融教育相关活动，组织实施各类相关培训宣导工作

负责机构客户服务、投诉管理、渠道服务，及时妥善处理各类服务需求与投诉案件，确保服务质量

定期编写各类报告，监测与分析关键指标，为分公司消保与服务管理决策提供支持

任职资格：

本科及以上学历。具有5年以上工作经验，具备2年以上金融合规、法律、消保相关经验，熟知监管消保政策、法律法规，对保险业务了解深入

具有较强的数据分析、统筹协调以及文案表达能力

具有创新思维，探索创新融合机会

较强的心理素质及自我心理调节能力，抗压能力强

熟练使用Office工具，擅长PPT与Excel
