About the Role
岗位名称：专员/高级专员，营销员渠道业务发展主要职责
1、执行、跟进营管处业务发展规划，追踪业务及各项指标的达成；
2、负责营销员日常活动组织，包括各类训练、晨会、增员活动及客户推广活动等；
3、负责营销员的管理和辅导，及时关注营销员的展业问题和发展问题。
任职基本要求
1、本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上寿险营销员团队管理和培训经验。
