主要职责
协助BU负责人制定BU整体业务发展及组织发展的中长期策略和计划。负责协调BU内部各团队、总部及本地跨部门的沟通与协作，确保策略和计划的有效执行。协助BU负责人管理利润与损失（P&L），并负责组织制定和执行BU年度计划、预估及预算管理。监控和评估策略实施的效果，提出改进建议以优化业务绩效。提升团队的战略思维能力，推动组织变革与创新。
任职要求
本科及以上学历，工商管理、市场营销或相关医药领域的专业背景优先。具备10年以上相关工作经验，其中至少2年团队管理经验。具有咨询公司背景者优先考虑。优秀的英文沟通能力，能够进行流利的口头和书面交流。优秀的跨部门沟通和协作能力，具备Matrix领导力和影响力。具备强烈的商业意识、商业敏锐度和战略思维能力，具备出色的框架思维和规划能力。熟悉P&L管理和预算编制，具备良好的数据分析和洞察能力。积极主动，敬业担责，很强的学习能力。
