About the Role
通过轮岗学习,全面了解公司运作模式,接受异地派驻工作。具体岗位职责由定岗后工作岗位职责确定。Roles and Responsibilities:业务训练的日常管理和培训运作工作,能够讲授营销员课程、进行Sales Builder操作,带班实务操作和培训系统操作。增员和推动晋升的日常工作,了解人力发展历程及主要经营策略,掌握增员流程各环节的工作重点,熟悉Digital增员工具,能够完成增员、留存和推动晋升的常规工作。营销员渠道经营的常规工作,活动量管理,讲授主流产品知识及销售方式,策划产品推动活动,设计和推动竞赛方案,客户经营及开拓等。营销员日常行政管理工作,掌握业务行政部门工作内容,以及与渠道业务的关联,能够胜任业务行政的工作。营销服务部基础管理工作,督促推动并执行各类业务发展活动和营销员活动,推动、追踪增员、新人留存和主管晋升及组织相关活动的实施,为业务培训提供完善的支持,协助培训活动、课程、项目的顺利执行实施。对业务员业务品质和销售行为进行管理,确保合规经营。Minimum Job Requirements:至少7年业务一线发展经验(如督导、业务管理经验等),或中后台管理经验,(人力发展、培训、企划、业务行政管理等),其中1-3年团队管理经验。具备丰富的保险专业知识(如产品、基本法、营运规则等),以及营销员渠道基础管理能力。能够接受异地轮岗和工作优先录用条件有新市场开拓经验优先。有一定的英文读、写、听能力者佳。Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
