Job DescriptionExplore and pursue new opportunities for the company’s growth through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases for potential clients and partners.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new growth opportunities.Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations for successful client acquisition.Track and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to inform business development strategies.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth.Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company’s products and services.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Demonstrable experience as a business developer, sales executive, or in a similar role in business development.Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.Proven experience in B2B sales and strategic partnerships.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English.
