Position Responsibilities:

1.    支持和协助建立销售团队,审核和整理新入职代理人的相关资料,并将资料信息录入系统;
2.    协助营销总监进行团队日常管理,提升代理人团队的出勤率/出单率/活动率/有效人力比例等业务指标;
3.    负责相关业务行政工作,及时跟进和督促照会和问题件的处理,跟踪保单回执,提高业务品质;
4.    及时完成各类代收现金的入账,业务费用的报销;
5.    负责所属部门的档案管理工作;
6.    对所辖范围的内部控制有效性负责,监督、管理、协调所辖范围内工作,在确保符合法律法规、监管要求以及公司内部的规章制度的基础上,识别、评估、监控和报告相关风险,并负责传导公司所倡导的文化(包括风险管理文化、合规经营理念等);
7.    及时报告工作过程中所发现的违规事件或潜在风险,并提出纠正或改进建议;
8.    协助审计部完成审计相关工作,并根据审计报告完成整改工作;
9.    配合总公司各部门完成各类项目及工作。;
10.    完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

Required Qualifications:

大学专科及以上学历;3年以上保险从业经验;良好的时间管理能力;能在压力下工作;熟练使用Office,精通Excel;达到公司为此岗设置的工作内容要求以及考核指标;达到岗位职责描述的要求。
