Your Key Responsibilities Perform the role of a local sub-project leader for projects, in charge of the software scope as well as the calibration scope. Coordinate the tasks within the team in alignment with the superior and project teams. Lead the team according to the agreed work standards and processes Support business units or SEN during the process to acquire new projects Lead a team of software-/calibration-engineers to support the software related tasks for several projects in all disciplinary and technical aspects related to the software-system specific tasks. Support the superior in the necessary planning of headcount and invest for the software team (according to the requirements of the different projects), provide the results in suitable manner and realize that planning Provide all necessary metrics for the software team towards the superior and take the accountability towards management. Participate in the software competence roadmap development within Automotive R&D and competence building up Manage the competence buildup of the team by suitable means. Support the creation of an Aspice process for the related work fields. l Perform testing and analysis for internal and external customers Your Qualifications Be familiar with necessary tools and process in the work, such as: PEP, SAP, FMEA, etc. Deep understanding of Chassis Mechatronic and Vehicle stability Capability to perform trouble shooting tasks regarding vehicle calibration topics as well as return part analysis Ability in malfunction analysis regarding software and calibration related topics Project management skills Master degree in automation engineering, electrical engineering or similar Leading qualities as also project management skills. Strong work experience in engineering environment, especially within the area of Vehicle function and software development Experience of vehicle calibration and overall software functions of a wide scope of projects.
