- Responsible for developing marketing strategies and programs execution excellence to drive sales of PPLAT related product,and support the PPLAT hit the annual target.
- Conduct in-depth market assessments and data analysis to extract actionable insights for refining marketing strategies.
- Drive HCP segmentation, precise positioning, and impactful messaging to meticulously plan, monitor, execute, and refine marketing campaigns.
- Holistic Marketing Campaign Management to drive the achievement of sales target and market share target.
- Execution of product marketing tactical plan/promotional materials and ensuring that these plans are implemented optimally and thoroughly to meet agreed objectives.
- Integration and co-ordination of Marketing activities through effective sales force support and engagement efforts
- Accurate collection, analyses and monitoring of market intelligence including competitors’ information.
- Establish partnership and relationship with KOL to develop and strengthen brand endorsement.
- Sales Engagement: provide support to the sales team, including developing sales materials, new product training, coordinating conferences, and updating market intelligence.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs. Recommend and implement changes and improvements for future programs to increase business
- Analyze and interpret existing and potential market conditions and make recommendations to management.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Science or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with omni-channel or innovative projects management.
- Independent, self-driven, enthusiastic, and strong team player.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Proficiency in use of standard software applications, especially Power Point/ Excel.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Science or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
