工作职责：

1. 质量管理体系： 建立和维护适应组织业务发展的系统/软/硬件质量管理体系；

2. 质量控制与监测： 管控设计、生产制造、售后等过程中的各个环节，确保产品符合质量标准和规范；

3. 产品质量计划： 制定和执行产品质量计划和策略，确保产品设计、生产和交付过程符合质量标准和要求；

4. 质量改进&KPI管理：推动质量改进活动&生命周期内的指标管控，包括质量目标的设定、监控及改善，通过质量改进提升产品用户体验；

5. 质量问题处理： 部件、产线生产Q-hold、售后case & VOC等问题分析、追踪并快速输出有效解决方案，产品问题RC/FA/CA/复盘等闭环管理；

6. 质量流程管控：产品QMP/NUDD/ FVT管理及风险识别评估，ECR/PCR/工程变更控制等流程管控；

7. 质量审核与验证： 负责对工厂、部件厂商的认证及评审，确保符合公司质量要求。

职位要求：

1. 电子或者计算机等相关专业，本科及以上学历;

2. 熟悉质量方法、管理工具等（如FMEA/PQP/AMSA/SPC/PPAP等）;

3. 3年以上PC、解决方案类等电子质量相关工作经验者优先;

4. 具备项目管理能力、文档能力和数据分析能力;

5. 有较强的客户服务意识，有良好的沟通协调能力，快速学习能力及较强的抗压能力;

6. 良好的英语口语和写作表达能力。
