您的主要职责 Knowledge about electrical testing (E-Motors, Stators),leakage testing, and other testing technology. Development of series test bench technology and measurement strategies for mechatronic products under manufacturing constraints and taking the requirements of product development into account. Creating requirement specification sheets for new industrializations. Development of functional test and electrical technology at subsystem level  - and system level (EOL function). Release of the series test bench technology with external customers. Quality acceptance of series test bench technology for mechatronic products. Support and optimization of the series test bench technology. Solving the above tasks in close cooperation with the areas of product development, technical testing, technology, prototyping and manufacturing as well as internal and external suppliers. 您的任职资格 Bachelor degree or above, preferable in engineering or business related. More than 3 years industrialization or industrial engineering work experience in mechanical manufacturing factory. Experience in working with people with different culture. Familiar with product manufacturing process. Skills on project management and planning. Team spirit, leadership skills, strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge about: SAP. Good spoken and written English-skills. Good PC-skills (MS-Office, MS-Project). Willingness to travel and temporary support in different production plants of Schaeffler China. 其他方面
