职位描述：
负责管理进口管理，包括单据管理、清关、海关协调及紧急及异常事件处理。确保所有进口单据齐全，并在货物到港后及时完成入区申报。追踪进口货物的状态，保持与相关同事的信息更新，以确保供应链的顺畅运作。分析数据以找出问题的根本原因并制定改进计划，提升工作效率。保持与内外部客户的顺畅沟通。更新可到货日历，优化到货安排，以避免因时间问题导致的海关和物流问题。与进口商协调正常业务及新业务的到货安排，确保进口业务符合当地政府的要求。负责药品追溯系统的管理以及相关协议的维护，确保药品的合规性和追溯性。负责SAP系统的货物质量维护，确保产品在仓储过程中的质量安全。监督第三方人员执行养护计划，并在发现问题时及时核实情况并报告质量部。定期审核养护结果及库房的温湿度情况，确保符合标准，同时定期汇总和分析养护信息，为决策提供依据。3pl仓库管理，和质量部门回顾3pl运营情况，并每月与进口商进行KPI考核的回顾，以确保业务目标的达成和持续改进。流程优化
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，药学、化学，生命科学或相关专业优先。3年以上药品进口或相关领域工作经验，跨国药企经验者优先。熟悉中国药品进口法规和海关政策。优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神。良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用办公软件。英语流利，具备书面和口头沟通能力。
