Your Key Responsibilities

• Participation in our international team for platform and product management at BU Mild Hybrid Systems

• Derivation of new products from the system requirements of future architectures and definition of corresponding platform projects

• Management of international platform projects (D1)

• Technical management of acquisition projects (D2)

• Defining the technical content of the offer including verification of the feasibility of the project objectives taking into account the platform options

• Technical customer communication

• Creation of business models (business cases) for our future products

• Update of our product roadmap

• Leadership of interdisciplinary teams in an intercultural environment

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies as an industrial engineer, engineering or comparable qualification

• Enthusiasm for innovative work in the field of automotive electrification

• Many years of development experience in the automotive industry

• Technical expertise in one of the Mild Hybrid product areas (belt starter generator, 48V drives or 48V/12V DCDC) or comparable product areas

• Experience in (partial) project management desirable

• Pioneering spirit and self-motivation

• Fluent spoken and written English skills
