Job Description:
The Life & Health (L&H) Operations Teams comprise of functions across Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, Client Service and Case Management for supporting the life insurance business.
The Policy Administration Services team is accountable for administering the policy service application and related administration issues, renewal, payment, reporting and collaborating with internal departments on enquires/issues with an aim to provide a seamless operational support and excellent client journey to our distribution channels and clients.

Job description
Lead team to meet the operational service standards set up by the company from time to time
Coach team with updated and well-documented procedures
Enhance business and system workflow with constructive improvement
Deliver quality outputs within project schedule
Support and process policy changes and service requests of clients
Supervise and manage team to handle requests in a timely manner under the required service level
Identify improvement with recommendation to enhance operational efficiency and client experience
Participate in company and departmental initiatives
Requirements
University graduate & LOMA
At least 6 years in life insurance policy administration, and 2 years in a supervisory role
Proficient knowledge across products, investment-linked policy is an advantage
Good team player with excellent interpersonal skill
Good language proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
Good language proficiency in spoken Cantonese is a plus
Hand-on experience in MS office and Chinese typing
