About the Role

Position : 初级讲师, 多元渠道部业务培训岗

岗位职责：

对内职责是对渠道支持人员进行入职阶段和在职阶段的岗位分层培训，包含销售及管理技能的评估和提升辅导。需对渠道支持人员应掌握的产品及销售技能模块进行课堂授课。

对外职责是进行银行分行或网点定制课程的设计、实施和评估。扩展友邦专业品牌，协助渠道支持人员业务开展。

遵循总部培训管理执行要求，做好培训授课、辅导、评估、合规和档案管理工作，并进行友邦银保课程的推广应用以及与当地实践经验结合的拓展性课程的开发。

岗位要求：

本科及以上学历，10年及以上个险或银保培训工作经验熟悉高净值客户金融产品销售方式，能够独立开发相关保险培训课件并呈现AFP、CFP证书持有者优先良好的服务意识和团队合作精神
