About the Role

承接公司战略，制定服务产品推动及培训策略和规划。为渠道提供各类推动物料和专业培训，赋能渠道进行健康与养老服务的推动，提升其对产品的理解与推动能力。

Roles and Responsibilities:

承接公司战略，深入理解渠道和客户需求，制定服务产品推动策略和规划制定服务产品物料制作、管理及分发等的操作流程，并监督执行结合市场趋势和客户需求，带领团队设计和制作服务产品标准宣传物料，确保信息的准确性且符合市场需求统筹协调宣传物料在分公司端的下发，与各分支机构保持良好沟通，及时应对各分支机构的需求，以助力提升渠道服务推动的能力统筹维护各宣传渠道，并与公司各相关平台有效联动，最大化推动效果，提升服务产品的曝光率和品牌市场影响力负责健康、养老相关物料的审核，确保内容的准确性和合规性并符合公司形象组织协调跨部门各类相关市场推广活动，配合各分支机构产品推动需求，协助活动的落地，如健康讲座、路演、发布会等在深入理解渠道和客户需求的基础上，制定系统化的培训计划根据各分支机构需求，为分支机构提供相关专业培训，包括新人培训、进阶培训及其他服务相关培训，赋能前线理解服务产品带领团队开发制作新服务上线及常规培训资料，如服务介绍、服务使用流程、特色服务、每年重点新推服务等统筹维护管理培训资料库，包括培训课件和各类培训资源等探索创新的推动及培训方式，打造多元推动及培训体系，提升活动、培训效能追踪分析各类推动和培训的效果，并提出建设性建议，提升整体效能统筹管理团队，加强内外部协同，提升团队凝聚力和专业素养领导布置的其他事宜

Minimum Job Requirements:

本科及以上学历，有医学相关专业背景8年以上保险行业产品推广或培训相关经验，且具有团队管理经验中英文流利（口语和书面），且具有较强的演讲培训和客户服务技能出色的跨部门沟通协调能力、团队合作能力、创新能力和解决问题的能力熟练运用办公软件，如Ms Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
