Position Responsibilities:
Formulate product strategies aligned with corporate business objectives and product architecture, with market and customer focus, while proposing differentiated product solutions.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive product analysis prior to new product development. Establish benchmark product databases based on development requirements, providing in-depth competitive intelligence to inform product design and pricing strategies.
Support market viability assessments for new products, organize feasibility studies and discussions, propose distinctive product positioning and design recommendations to ensure market competitiveness.
Facilitate channel research and stakeholder communication during product development to enhance market acceptance of new products.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance or related fields
Proficient in both Chinese and English
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in life insurance product marketing, product management or product promotion;
Solid understanding of life insurance products with strong analytical thinking, data analysis and communication skills; capable of professional peer exchanges
Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
