工作内容：

您将和歌唱演员及乐师进行彩排;您将提供声音指导，包括如何正确唱歌、如何清晰说话、如何呼吸、如何放开嗓音;您将在主题乐园的音乐制作过程中管理乐师和工作室工程师。熟知行业标准和可用人才;您将协助音乐总监编写、编排和制作音乐;您将负责确保连续进行的演出质量和根据运营需要替换的演出内容;您将向运营管理团队沟通演出笔记和演员改进的领域;您将协助演员招聘团队进行甄选;您将维护团队文件系统的有效运作;您将确保整个度假区范围内的音乐品质如一;您将拓展、组织和维护音乐资源库;您将按时完成领导布置的其他任务。

我们希望您：

音乐制作5年及以上经验;音乐专业本科;精通Pro Tools 或类似电脑软件;主题乐园或现场剧院娱乐演出经验;卓越的音乐修养；熟读五线谱，变调，有创作不同风格音乐的能力。能整理教学材料并进行排练和指导;能教授不同基础的演员;能观察和记录乐师和歌唱演员的表现，并能给予演员建设性的意见和演出笔记;具备卓越的沟通能力;能够承受压力;在跨国环境中工作的经验；作为高效团队的一部分，能够在快节奏的工作环境中有效地工作;精通中英文读写。

Job Summary:

As a Associate Music Director, your primary duty is to responsible for the creative development of projects, shows or events from inception throughout production, rehearsals and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducts rehearsals with vocalists and musicians;Provide vocal instruction, including how to sing properly, how to speak clearly, how to breathe, and how to project the voice;Supervises musicians and studio engineers in the production of music for the park.  Maintains an awareness of industry standards and available talent;Assist Music Director in Music composition, arranging, and production;Responsible for the on-going show quality and re-mount of existing or long-running shows in operation;Communicate performance notes and areas of performer improvement to operational management team;Assists Talent Casting team to conduct auditions;Set up and maintain an effective filing system;Ensures consistent musical quality across property;Develops, organizes and maintains a music resource library;Accomplishing other assignments from the leader on time.

Desired Qualifications:

5 Years experience in music producing;Bachelor degree in Music;Expertise with Pro Tools or similar computer software;Theme park or live theatrical entertainment experience;Excellent musicianship; ability to sight read, transpose, arrange and compose music in variety of styles;Ability to organize material to be taught and conduct rehearsals, teach and coach;Ability to adapt teaching to all levels of learning;Ability to observe and document musicians and vocalists’ execution and give constructive performance notes to performers;Demonstrated strong communication skills;Able to cope under pressure;Experience working in a multinational environment;Ability to work effectively in a fast paced working environment as part of an efficient team.Proficient in both Chinese and English reading and writing;
