About the Role
以监管政策（如“报行合一”）要求为指导，推动银行保险渠道（含CPG）内部制度、流程与机制的优化完善，通过强化内部业务品质管控以及协调(跟进、报告等)，确保相关制度、流程等的有效落实，促进银保业务合规、健康、可持续经营与成长主要职责：
立足政策及行业动态研究与洞察的监管政策理解与沟通
在协同对外事务部深化理解金融总局、各地监管就“报行合一”等相关的要求与政策动态的基础上，进一步分析、转化、解读为政策、制度、行业动态等对于业务的影响加强与监管的对接与沟通，实时了解与动态监测同业政策落实动向（如“报行合一”），搜集优秀实践或处罚等相关信息，以有效指导银保渠道制定对相关监管政策、制度的应对、落实与报告方案政策、制度与要求建设、培训与落实
根据监管要求，结合银保实际情况，建立银保业务品质管控与业务合规管理框架体系与预警机制（如总分协同模式、跨部门合作机制等）建立、健全银保渠道监管相关政策与制度、内部合规管理等制度的实施方案并推动落实，如制定银保“报行合一”细化执行制度；梳理并优化“报行合一”下的业务流程；有效推进“报行合一”新要求下产品报备等工作定期审阅政策制度内容与实施方案，及时予以更新优化；定期/不定期开展政策制度培训，提升银保内外勤对于监管、合规等要求的认知与理解程度业务品质管控管理、支持与指导
基于内外部要求，协同风险部、合规部等，开展银保渠道业务风险、业务品质合规管理工作，及时发现潜在风险并监督/指导制定整改举措予以改善落实与其他部门紧密协作（如对外事务部、精算、财务等），有效应对监管相关现场/非现场检查工作与报告要求与精算、财务或者对外事务部协调，统筹完成总公司层面银保渠道业务相关的材料、报告的外部报送工作按照各地监管要求，为各机构银保业务相关的监管检查提供业务支持，或协助各机构报送材料和相关数据支持技能/经验要求：
本科学历，10年以上工作经验拥有在保险公司/集团总部工作经历或在监管机构履职经验，对监管政策与制度有深入研究与理解者优先，有过接待或应对监管(现场)检查经历优先优秀的沟通协调和组织能力中英文书写能力强，文字功底扎实，擅长数据分析Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
