证照助理经理应开展以下工作:
建立和维护与各级政府部门、各相关机构以及迪士尼各业务部门的合作关系,在证照和政府监管等工作中促进内外的有效沟通执行整体战略,制定工作计划,与建设及运营团队下的各业务部门共事,支持上海迪士尼度假区运营,获得所需的证照和许可主要职责
熟悉本地市场与证照和许可申请相关的政策和法规, 向迪士尼组织内部的工作团队传达关键信息成为上海市和浦东新区各政府部门层面的主要联络人,与各方紧密共事,了解其需求,记录所遇挑战,通过从部门的领导层及外部政府部门处寻求支持和分享资源,推动问题的解决审核并处理复杂的许可申请,根据迪士尼的特殊性,提供特殊和复杂的许可申请方面的专业意见独立进行申请材料的准备工作,审核图纸、说明、申请和政府部门要求的其它关键信息,与相关机构进行沟通,跟踪审批流程,确保能够按计划获得证照和许可并定期总结工作情况,向证照总监汇报协助制定部门规划、工作计划及预算教育背景:
学士学位或同等教育学历(硕士学位优先),建筑设计、施工管理、项目管理、环境保护、法学、政府关系或其它相关专业经验要求:
7年以上相关工作经验,主题乐园、零售餐饮、建设咨询或房地产行业经验优先3年以上证照和许可经验或法务经验,或在上海及中国大陆相关项目开发经验有跨国企业工作经验者优先资质要求:
优秀的中英文沟通包括口头表达(在报告与日常对话中)及书面表达能力(与相关方进行信函沟通)熟练应用计算机(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)反应迅速,思路敏捷,有一定的逻辑思维能力能够在跨国企业的复杂和多元化核心业务部门中工作,具有冲突管理和管理多项重要任务的能力在与政府部门配合进行证照和许可申请方面具有一定的背景和专业知识Job Purpose
The Associate Manager, Permitting position is responsible for the below functions:
Build and maintain the relationships with government authorities, relevant entities and all disciplines within the SHDR organization to facilitate efficient communication on permitting and gov’t supervision, both internally and externally.Implement the overall strategy and develop work plans, work seamlessly with internal LOBs from Development and Operations teams, and support the operation of SHDR to obtain all required licenses and permits.Key Responsibilities
Gain familiarity with the laws and regulations related to licensing and permitting and pass the critical information to work teams within Disney organization.Act as point of contact with government department level in Pudong New District and local Shanghai bureaus, working closely with lines of business, understanding their needs, record the challenges encountered and facilitate solutions by seeking support and leveraging resources from team leader and external government authorities.Review and process complex permit applications, provide professional advice on unusual and complex permit submittals based on Disney uniqueness.Independently work on the preparation of application package by reviewing the drawings, specifications, applications, and other critical information being requested by the authorities, conducting the pre-communication with relevant authorities, and tracking the approval process, to ensure the licenses and permits be issued as planned and periodically summarize work progress and give regular report to the Permitting Director.Provide assistance in strategic planning, forming up working plans and budge plans.Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architectural Design, Construction Management, Project Management, Environmental Protection, Law, Government Relations or related profession.Experience:
7+ Years job related experience. Theme parks, retail, food and beverage, construction consulting or real estate industry work is preferred.3+ years of licensing and permitting or legal experience or related project development experience in Shanghai and mainland China.Previous experience working for a multi-national company is a plus.Required Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, including oral expression (in reports and daily conversations) and written expression (correspondence with stakeholders).Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Quick response, quick thinking, and certain logical thinking ability.Proven ability to work in a complex and diverse major business unit of a multi-national company, with the ability to manage conflict and manage multiple important tasks.Certain background and specific knowledge in the business of working with the government authorities on licenses and permits applications.About Shanghai Disney Resort:
