• Manage all the automatic filling system operation tasks in shift, evaluate and solve important operation task and abnormal task.
管理班次内自动化包装系统的所有运营作业内容, 关注并解决重点任务以及异常任务。
• Responsible for automatic filling equipment statue and management of operators in shift, also improve team ability.
负责班次内包装设备的整体状态检查和人员工作安排,并提升团队能力。
• Responsible for the EHS issue during daily operation, take actions and document. Also find out and correct the unsafe behavior of other colleagues.
对生产中EHS问题提出纠正预防措施并做好各类文件记录,及时发现并纠正班组其他员工的违章和不安全行为。
• Responsible for the bagging materials management in shift, including film, bag, empty pallet.
负责班次内的包装材料管理,包含袋子,套膜以及空托盘等。
• Supervision of maintenance work within filling building in shift.
监督区域内作业设备的保养、维护、检查等。
• Looking for internal & external resource including maintenance team, digital team, EHS and process to solve problem which have impact to daily operation in shift.
协调内外部资源(包括维修团队,数字化团队,安全,流程),解决班次内的运营问题。
• Coaching operator to stop automatic equipment and stop related working in case of disruptions or unplanned incidents. Prepare necessary solution and report to operation supervisor or operation manager base on different cases.
在发生工作中断或意外事件时,及时响应并给出处理建议,指导操作员进行必要的安全停止操作并停止相关作业,根据不同事件汇报给运营主管或者运营经理。
• Responsible for operation supporting devices management in shift, for example E-pad, walkie talkie, forklift, etc.
负责班次内的运营辅助设备的使用管理,例如平板电脑,对讲机,叉车等。
• Responsible for communication and interaction with external interfaces like forwarders and internal interfaces like planners and PE plant operators.
负责与内、外部接口(如PE生产车间、计划员)的沟通和互动。
• Manage the external supplier operation in shift, for example empty pallet supplier.
管理班次内外部供应商的安全操作,例如空托盘供应商等。
• Management of Non-daily processes in shift: unqualify bag handle, filled bag product recheck, label ordering, disposal process, cancellation process.
管理班次内非日常工作:异常包装处理、包裹抽检、标签管理、报废流程、撤销任务等。
• Responsible for CCR operation and management in shift, including MES operation, DCS monitoring, FF monitoring, ERC communication, etc.
负责班次内中控室的日常操作和管理,包括MES操作,DCS监控,消防系统监控,ERC响应等。
• Responsible for training, KPI management, work certification management of employee in shift.
负责班组内成员的培训,KPI考核管理,作业资质管理。
• Responsible for the leave operation tasks and leave problem handover to next shift.

• Minimum 2 years’ work experiences as shift lead in comparable filling system or related factory shift management.
具备2年及以上的包装线或者相关生产车间班组管理工作经验。
• Forklift license required. Experience or wish of learning SAP, MES.
持有有效叉车操作证。具备SAP, MES经验,或者有学习SAP,MES的意愿。
• Reliable and independent: Assurance of EHS, quality, cost, and reliability in an automated environment as well as technical specifications and standards.
可靠独立:在自动化环境下,保证现场物流操作符合EHS、质量、成本和可靠性,以及技术规范和标准的要求。
• Problem solving: The employee requires excellent problem-solving capabilities in order to be able to take action timely in case of incidents and unplanned incidents.
