Job DescriptionAdministrative support for RP Office.Support sorting emails, forwarding emails, tracking some of the tasks on request.Manage the calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.Coordinate visitor arrangement (e.g. agenda, car arrangement)Official information maintenance, such as BGN page, business card.Organize activities, such as outing, team building etc.Applications and documents pre-check before approval.Coordination support for the organization.Office facility mgt. including office layout, stationery, IT equipment and so on.Manage company business license and chop.Organize events and activities of the organization such as Annual Party.Other tasks assigned by RP.Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above.
More than 3 years working experience, assistant and admin relevant experience is preferred.
- Willingness to take responsibility, proactive attitude with collaboration mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Fluent in both oral and written English.
