Your Role:

Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of team results, impacting related teams and overall area performance.Plan resources and budget; contribute to policy development and business/financial planning.Define roles and responsibilities, and provide value-added perspectives for decision-making.Lead professional employees and lower-level managers to solve problems of limited to medium complexity.Adapt operational plans and priorities to meet resource and short-term operational needs.Analyze and validate information from diverse internal and external sources.Accountable for performance/results of one or multiple teams; manage day-to-day operations and set objectives.Coach and develop employees, conduct performance appraisals, and determine reward outcomes.

 

 

Who you are:

• University degree (Bachelor’s) or above required, preferably in clinical medicine, pharmacy or related scientific field

• More than 5 years experiences of medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, Medical Affairs or Marketing experiences is preferred

• Multi-national pharmaceutical company experience is preferred

• Experience in people management is preferred

• Rich experience in analytical skills and ability to understand complex processes, project management and project leadership skills

• English language competency and fluency in local language

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Good leadership and coaching skills

• In depth understanding of Medical Sciences and translation to medical strategy

• Very good interpersonal and influencing skills

• Strategic thinker 

• Thrive in complex and uncertain situations   

• Flexibility to switch between several activities and to manage priorities
