The Position

主要工作职责 :

掌握卓越客户信息开发目标市场,跟进所负责的卓越客户,优化使用预算内开支。执行卓越客户业务战略,保证客户持续高满意度并助力公司跨事业部的持续性发展与年度目标的完成。建立并维护牢固的合作伙伴关系,整合可利用资源从而满足卓越客户需求;充分运用罗氏产品组合优势来提供大客户管理解决方案。管理经销网络,协助,监督经销商的销售业绩。观察地区内市场竞争,与招投标团队密切合作,跟进地区内的招投标流程。协调并与内部跨职能部门进行合作,确保业务高效。主管指派的其他任务遵循罗氏所有合规要求,包括但不限于罗氏信息安全,罗氏商业中的行为,罗氏竞争法互动对话,罗氏安全健康环境等,合法合理开展业务活动了解并执行直线经理的SHE职责(详见SHE手册相关定义)

教育背景与专业资格:

生物科学或相关领域本科或硕士学历。 工商管理硕士尤佳。熟练应用微软办公软件有一定的英文能力,以适应外企工作环境。

工作经验:

至少5年相关行业销售经验有市场和渠道开拓经验尤佳
