The Position

Main Resoponsibilities:

Customer Insights & Marketing analytics
Integrate market, customer and competitive insight to quickly respond to market dynamics via innovative marketing campaign
Brand & Therapeutically area knowledge: apply the new insight to current marketing strategy and marketing activities with adaption
Strategic Planning
Guide the team to develop and execute compelling branding strategies and drive consistency across customer segments with franchise and organizational goals
Diagnose root causes of brand performance and provide corresponding solutions
Convey brand positioning and promotional messages to associate targeted audiences through comprehensive marketing mix.
Leverage internal & external resources to implement optimal pricing and access strategies
Resource Management
Apply standard financial analysis tools to evaluate effectiveness and outcome of promotional programs
Develop robust forecast projections by applying appropriate forecasting methodologies and models
Marketing Execution
Build up relationship with National & regional KOLs, collect customer insights for disease area and product
Lead the specialists to conduct promotional activities and drive the sales results

Years of Working Experience 
6+ years’ experience in marketing, medical or access
Cross-regional/functional/multi product management working experience is preferred

Education/Qualifications 
Bachelor degree or above (Master degree is preferred)
Solid marketing experience in Oncology area
