About the Role

统筹安排现有存量保单的服务对接，指导团队成员完成续保工作；积极与渠道配合，提升客户以及渠道满意度

职位描述：

1. 负责管理团险中介直销渠道客户服务团队，确保续保各项KPI目标（包括理赔时效、保全、账单、保费催缴等）及客户满意度达标；

2.负责跟进管理大客户续保业务谈判、对续保业务进行品质管理，确保客户稳定续保；

3.负责定期拜访维护HR及中介，维护好大客户及合作中介渠道的关系，优化服务，提升满意度；深挖客户需求，提升续保率；

4。部门主管分配的其他工作

任职要求：

1. 全日制大学本科或以上学历，保险（团险）行业相关的专业背景优先；

2. 至少5年以上团险服务经验，3年以上大项目的客户服务、客服团队管理经验 熟悉团险产品和市场情况，与中介渠道合作背景优先 ；

3.较强的学习适应能力，具备跨团队合作的能力；

4.具有良好的沟通协调能力，完成部门须要协调配合的工作；

5.具备日常办公软件熟练技能，英文四级以上水平，优秀的中英文日常沟通及书写能力，良好的文案功底；

6.主动接受挑战，能承受较大工作压力；

语言要求：普通话+英语，粤语（非必须）
