About the Role
该岗位负责团险业务大客户续保和相关服务工作,负责维护中介渠道合作伙伴关系,促进公司团险业务发展主要岗位职责:
负责团险大客户理赔咨询、人员加减、账单的及时出具和保费催缴;负责处理大客户续保流程的各项工作,推动自选计划及增值服务的upsale,完成续期业务持续率指标及续期增长;负责日常查询和投诉处理;负责定期拜访客户人力资源部相关人员及中介公司,出具季度、年度理赔数据分析报告及服务报告;维护中介渠道合作伙伴关系及客户关系;制作团险(中介与直销渠道)业务计划书,完成新单业务承保落地各项事宜;完成主管布置的其他任务。最低任职要求:
大学本科及以上学历,以保险、金融专业者优先;至少3年以上相关团体保险大客户服务工作经验;客户导向,富有客户服务意识和极强的沟通能力;具有较强的责任心和工作主动性及团队合作精神;具备良好的解决问题的能力;优秀的英语口头及书面表达能力。Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
