The Position

主要工作职责 :

掌握客户信息开发目标市场,跟进所负责关键客户,优化使用预算内开支管理地区内经销网络,为指定的经销商制定年度销售任务,协助、监督经销商的销售业绩以确保年度目标的完成助力经销商分销网络的建立,加强本地区内终端客户的覆盖发展、维护关键客户,提高终端客户的销量产出观察区域内市场竞争,与招投标团队密切合作,跟进地区内的招投标流程收集市场数据并定点评估潜在前景, 定期将趋势上报给区域经理为下属制定职业发展计划,通过培训及授权等方式完善地区关键客户销售团队与中央及区域市场部紧密合作,以开拓市场潜力协助CC团队和其他支持团队合作,以全力支持销售活动主管指派的其他任务遵循罗氏所有合规要求,包括但不限于罗氏信息安全,罗氏商业中的行为,罗氏竞争法互动对话,罗氏安全健康环境等,合法合理开展业务活动了解并执行直线经理的SHE职责(详见SHE手册相关定义)

教育背景与专业资格:

临床诊断或相关科学专业或商务学位本科或硕士学历能够使用英文进行熟练的口头及书面沟通熟练应用微软办公软件

工作经验:

至少8年相关行业销售经验,同时具有5年管理职位的任职经验有市场和渠道开拓经验尤佳
