岗位职责：

1.负责多模态理解大模型算法的研发和落地（非SD类的多模态生成大模型）。

2.支持对多模态输入的深度理解，及传统CV算法开发。

3.负责多模态大模型agent落地，包括模型工程化和优化等工作。

岗位要求：

1.计算机相关专业，硕士及以上学历，2年以上工作经验。

2.具备扎实的深度学习工程基础，深入理解DeepSpeed、MOE、LoRA、FlashAttention、混合精度训练、vLLM模型部署等技能。

3.具备扎实的计算机视觉基础，熟悉多模态的最新模型原理和训练方法，如CLIP、BLIP2、QwenVL、DeepSeekVL2、QVQ等视觉推理模型。

4.具有丰富的模型开发和项目落地经验，比如多模态分类、检索、匹配、VisualGrounding开发优化。

5.对大模型预训练/微调有深入实践者优先，有大模型相关项目建设/落地经验者优先。

6.积极主动，责任心强，有良好的团队合作和沟通能力。
