岗位所需胜任力

具备5年及以上医药销售相关工作经验;对于8级及以上员工需具备3年及以上地区医药销售经理工作经验掌握专业知识和办公技能,能提供建议和解决方案;具备数据信息收集管理能力,制定个人工作计划,通过项目推动与客户建立合作关系;对于 8级及以上员工,能进行合理区域商业布局,与客户建立长期合作关系,为客户提供价值掌握项目管理基本知识和技能及工具,能根据客户需求整合资源提供方案;对于8级及以上员工具备设计针对性项目方案和风险管理能力 具有谈判影响能力,能够抓住对方观点中的关键信息,了解事件发生的过程或项目推动的障碍原因; 团队合作能力,能及时了解各部门动态变化工作重点和目标策略;能够根据信息制定解决方案;能主动策划举办内部客户与外部客户的对接会议;对于8级员工具备合理安排工作重点,准备预案,跟进会议达成情况能力 具有区域管理能力,落地执行区域发展策略; 具有较强的抗压能力,主动学习和参与创新,追求不断成长;
