主要职责:
1、经销商管理:
深入洞察大区疫苗市场动态、竞争对手情况及客户等信息,制定大区业务规划和目标,带领团队协同合作伙伴智飞完成大区目标,实现业务的可持续增长。与智飞区域管理团队紧密合作,共同制定管理机制,包括定期沟通机制、辖区管理机制、业务跟进机制等,确保关键目标达成一致和执行落地。通过定期参与智飞月会/季度会、随访,评估经销商一线销售人员的基本能力,协助智飞区域总经理制定智飞团队专业能力提升和赋能计划,以支持辖区计划的落地执行。2、客户管理和生态搭建:
管理大区内有影响力的疾控领域专家,发展区域KOL及讲者,建立长期合作关系助力疫苗生态体系的建立和完善,协同智飞在大区内优化渠道管理,确保供货通畅,完善和推广标准化的疫苗接种服务流程,推动建立线上线下预约和科普体系协同跨部门推进在大区内PIP/CIP等重大项目落地,推动校园及企业大客户接种,私立医院等创新渠道建设3、人员管理:
以团队绩效为目标,提供对团队成员的辅导与反馈,帮助团队成员提升绩效,带领团队完成目标。通过高质量的人才甄选和盘点,建立人才库,并针对不同人才制定相应的发展计划结合团队要求和员工特点,制定和给予有效的团队激励,营造积极的团队氛围,打造良性的团队文化4、合规管理:
确保工作过程严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度。保证团队和区域内合作伙伴的行为符合公司合规要求。任职要求:
医药或营销相关专业本科学历以上,5年以上医药行业团队管理经验,理解疾控体系运作逻辑,疫苗行业经验优先; 优秀的影响力,能够有效影响内外部关键决策者和客户,建立长期合作关系 具有良好的业务分析能力,擅长业务诊断、策略制定和推动 良好的团队管理能力,能够有效搭建、管理和激励团队 主动担当,具有良好的学习能力和催化变革的能力
