The Position

您负责执行所属地区关键医院准入计划;负责所属地区关键医院Account Planning的制定;负责建立与所属地区关键医院的合作关系。

您的机会:

根据总部与BU讨论的每年医院开发计划,准备地区的医院开发计划和时间表,确保在有临床提单情况下的开发成功率

协助招标和多渠道准入团队处理区域关键医院确标和专家工作

根据每家医院的Account Planning,合理分配学术项目所负责的医院

搭建跨部门的沟通平台,分享和落实部分关键医院的Account Planning

协助实施区域品牌项目,培养区域的讲者,打造公司在区域的影响力

整合内外部资源,搭建平台,为核心关键医院提供解决方案

我们期待这样的您加入:

具备3年及以上医药销售经理相关工作经验

具备项目管理能力,掌握项目管理基本知识和技能及工具

具备团队合作能力,善于与团队内部或跨部门同事合作分工

具有区域管理能力,落地执行区域发展策略,能在多项事物之间保持好资源投入的平衡
