As a Team Leader, it will be your mission to lead the standard-plus team to be a very strong contributor for the light customized orders handling, develop standard-plus business share for customized orders to another higher level (more efficient, shorter leadtime, higher product quality and lower cost). You will work in close cooperation with Standard & EngineeredSolutions teams and report to your Engineering Manager.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Focus on delivering high quality products & solutions on time, in line with customer expectation.Develop pre-engineering to grow business and people, follow rules of Standard-plus defined for order intake.Innovate new procedure to reduce leadtime and improve order handling efficiency.Leverage external resources (GECIA) to grow business and improve local engineer efficiencyImplement and report timely and transparently the necessary KPIs allowing the monitoring of the team performance, growth, and profitability.Support & maintain good relationships with customer centers / EngineeredSolutions where necessary.Develops an understanding of customer applications of compressors and dryers, as well as new segment business.Internally to contact with other teams/department to smooth the business.Explore & implement IT solutions to improve efficiencies and customer experience.Willing to travel abroad, limited in duration and number.Has an eye for the safety of the products.

Experience requirements

Relevant experience in Sales-Proposals or Project Management roles in non-standard business is required.Experience with direct customer interaction is a big plus for the role.Proven track of strong ability to plan and organize effectively as well as lead others.Experience of interaction with Engineering and Procurement Companies.Experience with international contractors and Oil & Gas segment is a plus.

Knowledge

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in industrial / mechanical Engineering.At least 5 years of experience in design or project management.Knowledge within the compressed air systems, preferably Atlas Copco Products.Good knowledge of English both in speaking and writing.
