Key Responsibilities:

The scope of this position may include any of the following functionsPerform good order to cash support such as order placement, order fulfillment and shipment arrangementKeep close contact with warehouse & monitor logistics and handle documentPrompt respond to customer inquiry from all means like telephone, emails & etc. Proactive contact with customers to establish a good & harmonize relationship Positive response to ad hoc issue and trouble shoots the non routine issuesProvide regular reporting required by line manager timely and accurately

Act as a good moderator between internal and external customers

Personality Attributes :Diploma degree or above, Works under limited supervision, with detailed instructions, and frequent checking on work

Professional Attributes :

SAP experience preferred.Must be PC literate with knowledge of PC office applications.Good written and spoken English.
