About the Role

承接总部客户管理战略，开展当地市场情况调研工作，收集市场情报行业信息，监测当地市场变化，及时掌握市场趋势，对竞品进行分析与比较，并形成行业洞察相关报告，为业务决策提供支持开展当地客户分层洞察与研究，协调各部门及渠道，执行客户调研和客户数据分析等相关项目，形成系统化的客户洞见分析，从各类数据中挖掘、识别业务发展机会，为业务决策提供支持基于市场和业务需求，开展特定主题的客户调研活动和当地市场洞察，并形成报告，支持业务决策牵头链接分公司各部门客户体验对接人，协同各部门对接人对接客户体验问题，制定客户体验改进计划，追踪并推动客户体验优化工作的开展和结果协调处理客户咨询、化解纠纷，如遇复杂案件，及时上报定期收集客户反馈，形成相关报告，为持续优化客户体验提供建设性的意见
