The Position

主要工作职责 :

完成地区经理制定的该区域及客户业务目标及预算内开支管理负责的客户团队，调动协调各支持部门资源，以全力支持客户管理的相关活动与市场部紧密合作并提供建议方案，以全面开拓市场机会加强负责区域内的大客户管理系统的执行力度协助制定年度计划协助做出产品预测以适应市场需要确保客户整体满意度，对客户有效管理主管指派的其他任务遵循罗氏所有合规要求，包括但不限于罗氏信息安全，罗氏商业中的行为，罗氏竞争法互动对话，罗氏安全健康环境等，合法合理开展业务活动了解并执行直线经理的SHE职责（详见SHE手册相关定义）

教育背景与专业资格:

本科以上学历，检验相关专业或商业管理专业英语说写能力俱佳熟练应用微软办公软件产品和应用的专业知识

工作经验:

具有医院诊断实验室工作检验或相关行业5年销售经验
