您的主要职责

1. Responsible the plant production efficiency data management, such as control the tendency of production cycle time, Setup time,OEE,  capacity utilization, etc.
2. Perform SAP S4 Hana rollout and data management in IE manufacturing planning functions, support the production master data correction activities to enhance the data accuracy.
3. Responsible for continuous collecting, tracking, improving the cost calculation for cost saving improvement projects. Support to dig out and implement the potential shopfloor cost improvement points actively in production area.
4. Responsible for maintaining the factory layout planning data of process development, support footprint planning, production layout planning. Coordinate with other segments to ensure the whole processes of the installation and relocation of each individual machine is smoothly according to the project plan and layout plan.
5. Support for develop, design and implementation Power BI reports to service for production data control.

您的任职资格

1. Bachelor or above degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering related, have power BI report knowledge and actual data analysis application experience are preferred.
2. At least 5+ years’ work experience in mechanical manufacturing factory, Automotive industry.
3. Interested in data analysis, data visualization, master data management in SAP production models.
4. Familiar with Auto CAD drawing of Plant layout planning, MS-office software (PPT, excel, word, Power BI,...etc).
5. Good communication skills and learning ability, self-driven consciousness.
6. Fluent in spoken and written English, with good data sensitivity, good at document summary and report writing.
7. Excellent data analytical and problem-solving skills.
